Northwest Center has been selected as a first-round awardee of the City of Chicago’s Community-Centered Wellness Microgrant Program. Led by the Chicago Department of Public Health in partnership with SGA Youth & Family Services, the initiative invests in community-based organizations working to expand access to health and wellness resources across Chicago. Northwest Center is proud to be among the organizations selected to support this work in Belmont Cragin.
