Were you or your family affected by the severe storms that impacted Chicago in 2023 or 2024? You don’t have to navigate the recovery process alone. Our team is here to help guide you through the Disaster Relief Assistance Program application process and connect you with support for storm-related financial needs. We can also help answer your questions and make the process feel more manageable from start to finish.

Cradles to Crayons
In partnership with Cradles to Crayons, Northwest Center can help you obtain essential children’s clothing and diapers for children 0-12 years old.
Public Benefits Enrollment
Northwest Center's Utility Assistance Program will be coming to an end. Tuesday, October 27, 2026, will be our final day accepting applications, with limited spots available. Community members seeking assistance after this date can still apply through other participating locations. Please use the button below to locate an intake site near you and contact them ahead of time to confirm availability.
